DELOS REYES PALM SPRINGS, Palm Springs – Your ideal downtown stay

This hotel has some serious issues that need to be addressed. The rooms were a real letdown, with door and AC problems, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. However, I appreciated the clean sheets, which at least gave me some peace of mind. The pool area was nice but in desperate need of maintenance. Overall, I definitely did not get my money's worth here.

I had a great trip overall, but there were a few drawbacks. Check-in took longer than expected due to only one person at the front desk. The shower was small and the curtain wouldn't stay in place. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay very much.
